Mcdonald's - El Rio

Extremely rude employee in the drive thru argued with my mother in law about what size drinks she ordered even though I CLEARLY heard her say two LARGE smoothies. He then proceeded to walk away from her after arguing and sent someone else to speak to her. They don’t answer the phone when you call to speak to a manager. Prices are way higher here than anywhere else. Don’t bother spending your money here.

McDonald’s isn’t the same anymore , the hamburgers seem to get smaller and the filet o fish gets dryer. The only thing I like about McDonald’s now a days is there fries ! This particular McDonalds was dirty and employees were not very helpful . The prices have gone up . Even though the food shrank . I’mNo longer impressed with Mc Donald’s .

Worst service.. order food. Then payed. Then they don't have what I ordered. Then always their ice cream machine is broken so can never get mcflurrys. For that reason don't usually go to McDonald's and proves I shouldn't. ?‍

We have weekly McDonald day for the grandkids. Sometimes, their preferred sauce for the nuggets is not available. Other than that, we're good, the McDonald day continues. ?

Worst McDonalds ever rude and always get the order wrong ? , burger was missing a meat patty and cheese smh... it's closest one to me but after this I think I'd rather drive further away...
