Feedback gevenThere's ONE specific lady vivian who is the only one to tell people to go wait in the front for their orders? I'm fine getting out of the drive-thru line to make room, but there are no spots for people to go to when told to park. The lot is always full, and if they are going to have a policy where they make people get out of line, the least they can do is have a space designated for those drivers. I feel like she just doesn't want to deal with people at the window because she never has a nice way of saying it either. Very cold and annoyed tone every time. She also has gotten my drink wrong multiple times but hates to admit she's wrong that it almost always takes another employee remaking it when she messes up. She really needs to not be working with costumers if they make her so mad.
The girl who took my order felt the need to correct me about the honey citrus mint tea when I called it a medicine ball. The correction wasn’t a big deal it was the rude tone then I still tipped and she threw it in the jar so rudely and to top it off my hot honey citrus mint tea wasn’t even closed right and spilled all over myself and the car. Wasn’t the first time at this location either it’s usually my preferred. But after my experience never again.

I usually have a good service and everything is good whenever I get a coffee at Starbucks but today I went to go get two coffees today in this Starbucks and at first I had to wait like 20 minutes in line after that I got into the line and once I get to the window the guy had horrible attitude, I told them my name for my order and he told me to stop at the speaker first with a bad tone and I said I was sorry and that I was going to stop there next time. He gets the orders and hands them and doesnt say anything else and once I get my order which were a carmel brûlée Frappuccino and a pistachio Frappuccino. The Carmel brûlée didn’t even have the toppings that I included in my order.
They always take extra time to prepare my mobile order. I had to wait extra 15 minutes over the estimated time.
