Feedback gevenIt's small but they always make some good Starbucks but they always run out of things later on in the day.
Really rude service! Tried ordering on drive thru speaker and an employee named Gabriel started arguing with me because I said I wanted to add pumps to my drink and he said that I “never said that” and kept arguing with me over it. Talked to manager, Thomas, but he didn’t even take me seriously and no one apologized. (while I was talking to the manager, Gabriel was right next to him smiling and laughing)
I don't understand how they ask what we want through the drive-thru speaker, and by the time you get to the window, it is not what was asked of them to make. On Wednesday the 11th around 8:07am I order my drink and a pastry warmed up please. I paid for my order and received my drink first and was waiting for my pastry. I'm thinking that they are warming it up, so now I waited a moment when I was given my pastry and drove away. I pulled out my cheese danish, not warmed up. Those lines in the morning take a while, and it is inconvenient to me to go back and let yall know that my order was wrong. Also it makes me uncomfortable calling them out specially because they are very busy so I would like for them to double check the order or get more people to work the morning shifts so they can have enough people to take their time with each order.
I go to many Starbucks around the county and by far my favorite! My coffee is always delicious, and the staff is so AMAZING! They are kind, polite and very helpful! Each employee there is always so friendly and kind, they make me smile often!
Not open on time. Told me to wait til 7:00am. Waited 25 mins. Left at 7:10am and still not open! Now late for work!
