Right outside is the Marina, and you can take a nice walk after getting your drink.I got a chai Latte, not my fav it was good on all the spices. I just needed a bit more sweetness

It is a great place for a coffee or a tea time specially in this weather.

This is the second time I have come here on a Sunday in the last two weeks. There are 4 people working but no one is in a rush to get orders done. There was literally one person making drinks both times one person at the register and two people doing I have no idea what. Took me 11 minutes to get my coffee and there were no mobile orders and only two people with an order in front of me. Finally about 7 minutes in a second person came over to help make drinks. Won’t be here again

I used to love this CBTL. The new employees or change of mangers has just really brought this place down! Every person that is working there is rude. I’m not sure if it’s the working environment behind the scenes but it really shows. Like some of the reviews said before, they don’t acknowledge you at all. I feel as almost a burden trying to just get my coffee for the day. There is or used to be a promotion that if you purchased loose leaf tea or any tea products you’d be eligible for a free small iced tea. This location tried to tell me that there’s no such promotion and never was one. Then said it was a “mistake”. I’m not sure what’s going on lately but if Kyle’s still the Regional Manager he needs to really look into these reviews and his staff. Avoid this location if you can because it’s not worth it.
