Chick-fil-a - El Segundo

The PCH location is hood for one thing only. Simple orders and lunch. Not Dinner, which includes 5pm. Anything after 5pm taste like it's from leftovers from Lunch hours up till 4pm. You're better off getting here after breakfast, of which they royally messed up and could nothing about since breakfast is over, but before 5pm to enjoy some kind taste in the foods. That's what you get when a popular food chain is right next to industries such as, att and LA times along with the airport being so close. You get airplane food....

Transit in LA and decided to take a bus and walk to what was THE NICEST SERVICE I’VE SEEN IN USA. What a weapon of food and what nice team running the restaurant, 5 , 20, 50, 500 stars if I could. Kudos to chick-fil-a making a good impression!

Food was hot. Great. Got about a 60% order of fries. I'm guessing they fill them at this level in California due to high cost. One way to save. ?‍ Service was decent considering the area. That all led to the atmosphere being off from the typical friendly go out of your way to provide great service Chick-fil-A. I'll likely be back when in the area, and I'm thinking most won't notice the subtle differences, so I guess it works for this location.

Good as usual, my daughters were gone all summer and I promised I'd take them here as soon as they arrived to LAX. I had a huge order but they were nice and patient with me. I did have to pull forward and they got it perfectly done.

I rarely have to write a poor review, but after numerous stops here to try for redemption, I just cannot find it. Please skip this location and eat somewhere else! In my last 4 orders from this location, I ordered the same thing: 1 Lg Sunjoy, 1 SW Salad, with crispy nuggets Creamy Salsa Dressing and Garden Herb dressing. (this is a saved lunch order in my app)One time I got to work and had the wrong salad all together! The time after that, I double checked the salad before I left the store, but I had no dressing at all! So that was a bummer because there is no dressing at work! The time after that, I was in a hurry and did not check the bag thoroughly until I got off the property and had to flip a U turn and go back to get the dressing that once again had been forgotten! Today, I once again ordered the same 2 items, and did not leave the drive through until I checked the entire bag for the correct salad and the dressings. Can you guess what they messed up this time? If you guessed the DRINK, , you are correct! I did not get a Sunjoy, but alas it was a soda! WARNING: If you choose to risk it and do go here to eat, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING, including tasting the drink BEFORE you leave the store (or drive through window) no matter what! Get what you paid for and don't let them make you feel like you are being unreasonable. See other reviews for this location! They are lacking in employee training and effectiveness. Do better chick fil a El Segundo!
