Le Crok Time - Élancourt

Used for several years now, we are very disappointed with these last orders, especially the last of 02/12/2022 for 19:15. We ordered food for 7:15 p.m. and were forced to call the restaurant at 7:45 p.m. to find out where the order was placed. The person who told us called the delivery agent to ask him where he was, the order finally reached us, ~40mn late, barely hot. The pounder (in the delay because overflowed also showed some arrogance on our discontent, his only answer You only have to call Crok's time. Unfortunately, being the only reliable restaurant in which we trust and despite the attractive offer of a commercial gesture, this is the last time we will order at home. We put two stars for the person's reactivity on the phone.

Ordered to eat last night. resultat: big food poisoning, my wife has been sick since last night, me too but at a lower dose. I called the restaurant this afternoon, fell on an employee who told me that the manager was here only tomorrow. I'll call back tomorrow to get an explanation at least because it's really unacceptable.

Very disappointed. 15€ for a taco size L that is only eatable during a diet. No barbecue sauce is a menu without fries. Shootamisu was good!

Past order on just eat this day, I have specified tacos with svp cheese shelf sauce but it has arrived empty, all dry 8th to the trash. Braised chicken very good if not
