R Place Supperclub - Eland

A group of seven of us visited a restaurant on a Saturday evening, which happened to be the opening day of deer hunting season. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The owner and staff were very friendly, and we all enjoyed our steaks and even the cheeseburger I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant even had a nice salad bar. Despite not being very crowded, we believe that may change with the new ownership. The restaurant is now called The Midway, or something similar, as it is no longer known as R Place. There aren't many options for good cocktails and food in the area, so we were glad to have found this hidden gem. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
