A favorite for the whole family! Whenever we are in the area, we always make sure to stop by. The ice cream shop offers a wide variety of delicious flavors and sundaes, and the staff are really friendly. We just love Elcho Ice Cream Shoppe!

I have been a regular at Cedar Crest Ice Cream for years. The service is always friendly and it is definitely worth a visit!

I had a negative experience at this restaurant on August 15, 2020. The service was bad, judgmental, and it felt like there was racism involved. There were a girl and boy working, and it seemed like the level of customer service we received depended on our appearance. The girl kept staring at my husband, and the boy who took our order was very rude. Everything felt rushed and both employees had a very bad attitude. This was my second time visiting this restaurant when I was in Elcho, and I never had a problem before. It was disappointing to feel judged while I was with my kids. The atmosphere made it feel like a racist ice cream shop. I usually don't write negative reviews, as I understand the importance of reviews for businesses, but this kind of service needs to be addressed and stopped.

I absolutely adore this quirky and one-of-a-kind ice cream shop located off the highway. My family and I have been driving past it on our way up north for years, and I've always been eager to finally stop in. They have a wide variety of delicious flavors to choose from, making it tough to decide, but the friendly staff is more than happy to provide taste tests if you're having trouble deciding. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The only downside is that they only accept cash, which can be a bit inconvenient nowadays. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the prices for the ice cream cones are a bit on the steep side.
