Best Gino's in WV and their Philly cheeses are amazing

I called to place an order and encountered several issues. I was parked in front of the shop for 25 minutes, letting them know I was waiting. They didn't even acknowledge my presence. After much effort, I finally managed to place my order, but I didn’t receive an apology for the wait. I mentioned that I deserved a discount for the inconvenience, but they still haven't acknowledged my request or apologized. I'm really disappointed and doubt I will order from this place again.

We were greeted with silence upon entering the restaurant. We stood at the counter for ten minutes with the staff right in front of us, but no one acknowledged us. Eventually, we decided to check in ourselves, and even then, they didn't ask if we wanted drinks. After that, we proceeded to eat.

I received the completely wrong pizza and had to remove the banana peppers myself, which was frustrating. The pizza was also a mess. The crust was extremely thin and burned. This is the worst pizza I've had in years.

It?s not my favorite pizza, but their wings are awesome and their subs are great! They keep the place really clean as well, and that?s nice to see.
