Chunky Dog Grill - Elgin

This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem! The bar food was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The bartenders and servers always take excellent care of us.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff, including the owner, his family, and the bartenders, are all fantastic people. We make the trip from the east side of Algonquin a few times a month just to enjoy a delicious meal.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The ambiance was very pleasant and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Its called a grilled chicken sandwhich but taste and tots brings it all to a level unbelievable for a store front place. Deep fried pickle spears as an appetizer. Then there is a cheese burger and chicken wraps with onion rings and that proves this isThe place. Lucky neighbors living so close to bar food nirvana.

Great service. Texas BBQ burger was great. Chicken lacked some flavor in the quesadilla.
