Feedback gevenI just bought a large iced coffee there, and it tasted terrible. This was my first time visiting, and it's probably going to be my last. I couldn't even drink it!
The store has a nice atmosphere, but I wish the employees wore hairnets. One of the staff members had very long hair and was running it through his fingers while preparing food and coffee orders, and he wasn't wearing gloves. It was a bit off-putting while I was there. Fortunately, another employee assisted me, so I didn't dwell on it too much!
Bought donuts today ..they were stale ...couldnt eat it ..tried to call store for a while they didnt pick up...went to the survey link to let them know about my experience . Survey code not valid ..even store number isnt valid . .what a service...very disappointing
The man working at the BR was very rude. There was no sign about masks on the door or posted that we saw so we didn 't think to put ours on before entering. He literally barked no mask no service in our faces when we got to the counter. When asked nicelyI have 0 issue putting a mask on, but this was not the case. His attitude made us lose our taste for ice cream so we left.??????? Work on people skills
I ordered a signature iced caramel craze latte, but it was served without the cinnamon sugar topping. When I pointed this out to the staff, they insisted that the caramel craze latte doesn't come with that topping and that only the butter pecan flavor has sprinkles. I was then asked if I wanted sprinkles. It felt like they were dismissing the fact that the signature iced caramel craze latte is supposed to come with the cinnamon sugar topping. At least she did ask if I wanted it and added it for me.
