Little Caesars Pizza - Elgin

They told me that my order would be ready in 30 to 20 minutes and they took about 2 hours!! I never go back to the little cedars, I recommend you go over 4 and half stars. There were also only 3 pizzas

We placed our order at 755pm and didn't get our 2 pizza's one cheese and one pepperoni until after 9pm. The place seemed more interested in helping the people just walking in instead of making sure the orders that were placed were done. What is the point in ordering on line to save time? When in reality it takes longer than just walking in. This place seems to be steady going down hill.

My daughter wanted Little Caesars thin crust. The crust was thin, the pizza was okay. She really liked the Italian Cheese Bread ALOT. She said next time just get the bread. : The service was good, they acknowledged you when you arrived. They did not have the food ready when it was supposed to be, but the wait really was not bad.

Horrible. No standards whatsoever. They sent me two, expensive and burnt pizzas! They ought to be ashamed for letting anyone see these pizzas. Avoid this location- you?re better off throwing the cheapest frozen pizza you can find into the oven. I want a refund immediately.

I ordered 2 $5 meal deals for me and another person through the Little Caesar?s app for delivery. The driver did a wonderful job. However, we opened our boxes to find the pizza looked a little off. I bit in to a piece of my pizza to find the pizza was raw, despite the crust having color. I called the number on the sticker attached to the box and I will be getting a refund. I tried to call the store to inform them they need to watch whoever is cooking the pizzas because this big of a mess up will end up with someone getting sick. No customer service from Little Caesar?s and raw food is enough to warn people to stay away from this location for the meantime.
