Noodles And Company - Elgin

I used to really enjoy coming here, but recently, the food hasn't been as impressive. I typically order the shrimp pad thai or shrimp Alfredo, but the shrimp is consistently chewy now instead of tender like it used to be. Additionally, there's an excess of oil and fewer vegetables in the dishes.

I ordered the spicy Korean BBQ noodles, but they ended up being too sweet and lacking any spice. I've had the same dish from a different noodle company, and it was much better than this place. Additionally, the cashier was quite rude and didn't smile at all.

The staff was fantastic! A young man named Vincent assisted me at the register and provided excellent food recommendations.

The food was outstanding, and the customer service was impressive. The server made sure to double-check the order before handing over the bag to confirm everything was included. Well done!

The food is wonderful. By The Buttered Noodles. The people there are really nice. You can even get a beer.
