Rosati's Pizza - Elgin

I was providing lunch for a big meeting with 30 people today and my originally booked caterer canceled 45 minutes beforehand. I was stressed but this Rosati’s location stepped up and totally saved the day and I am absolutely impressed and grateful. They prepared and delivered chicken parmesan, fettucine alfredo, italian beef, three jumbo pizzas, two huge salads, and individual deserts in less than an hour. The staff at the office I met with said it was hands down the best lunch they have ever had provided. Jamil and Selena were the delivery employees who made three trips to the third floor and even went back to the restaurant to get a forgotten item for us. The man who took the order (I unfortunately did not catch his name) was phenomenal. I cannot thank them all enough. I will be using them for every catering need I have when in the Rockford/Elgin area going forward. This location went way above and beyond for me today. Thank you!

Ordered online. Everything was as requested and ready on time as promise. It is just a carryout location so the atmosphere doesn't count for much.

I should of listened to the reviews but Nancys closed and I figured we would try this place. Sure enough the pizza tasted bland no flavor at all Im not sure how that’s possible I ordered a 2 liter of 7up and they brought root beer they said they ran out of 7up so why take my order if you didn’t have it. I won’t be ordering here again sad Rosatis fell off Update it gets worse I need to give 1 star I found a piece of tape on my pizza I almost ate it gross it was literally cooked into my pizza This place needs to be shut down for health violations only God knows what is happening in that kitchen I will be calling the owner in the morning this is not right I want a full refund of my money Update the owner called this morning and apologized offered me a full refund and told me that is not the quality they offer and if we try to order from them again she assured it would be good I appreciated the call back and refund

Twice I have ordered from this location because they are open later. Twice my order wasn’t made correctly, items were forgotten as well. Poor quality in taste. I’ve been ordering Rosatis since I was a kid. This location is terrible with my 2 experiences. I won’t be ordering from here again. $60 waisted twice.

Big order means to be taken special care of notes by customer not just hand over unbaked pizza. If you're busy then simple and straight say no to order so that customer can go somewhere else instead he regrets spending $80 at your place.
