Feedback gevenThe restaurant is clean, but I can see why the reviews are negative. There is a lack of communication between the staff and customers, but they seem to be enjoying themselves with jokes among themselves. The veggie toppings appear to have been poorly handled and not properly put back into their containers. Some of the older workers are great, but the younger ones lack professionalism. They were too quick to try to close out our order before we could add additional items, didn't allow us to use our rewards, and failed to confirm if our order was correct. Perhaps this is just an issue with this particular Subway location, but I believe there should be more pride in their work as representatives of the company.
The last two times I ordered subs, they were made incorrectly. I tried a third time, but unfortunately, all three subs were wrong - wrong bread and toppings. I have decided not to return to this restaurant.
This store is in need of a new manager. It's had the same issues for quite some time. And the manager is the issue. He can't keep help but he can't conduct a proper interview either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I attempted to give this restaurant a chance five times before finally calling 825. Each time I visited, they either didn't have what I wanted or the quality was subpar. The lack of hair nets was a major turn off and made me seek out other places to dine at. This pattern has been consistent for the past three months. On my last visit around 1 o'clock, they informed me they were out of meatballs, salad, and tomatoes. The overall experience left a lot to be desired, with the food leaving me feeling unsatisfied.
