Taco Bell - Elgin

I visited this restaurant today around 5:30 PM, and it was quite busy. However, the young gentleman in the drive-thru was incredibly polite and courteous, and my food was prepared promptly. I was truly impressed by their kindness because I've often experienced the opposite at fast food places (like the Burger King on Randall Rd. near Target), where it feels like you're a bother just for ordering. Leaving the restaurant made me very happy, and I hope the management acknowledges and rewards their excellent service. By the way, the new fried cheese chalupa is fantastic!

They have an ordering kiosk inside, so be sure to use that instead of going directly to the counter. I really enjoy their simple bean burrito.

This Taco Bell is the best one near South Elgin. They are fast, consistently get the orders correct, and have late hours!

The food here is really tasty, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've encountered a few minor issues, such as them sometimes forgetting the hot sauce. That said, they've been perfect during my last 20 visits! I might be treating myself to Taco Bell a bit too frequently, haha!
