Costa Coffee - Elgin

The traffic was so parked and went for a coffee, staff were excellent and very friendly.

Love costa coffee. the workers are brilliant coffee is amazing and the caramel crack is just so delish. I would also like to thank the manager for his kind donation for our fundraiser. we have over £1400 so many thanks x

Personal training needed! My wife and I visited just 10 minutes before closing time and ordered two lattes to take away. My wife asked if they had any lemon bars, but the guy behind the counter replied that what was on display was all he had and added, "I won't be opening anything else." We decided to leave after that. The issue wasn’t what was available; it was the attitude he had. We won't be returning to Costa.

The service was terrible, especially for what felt like a high price. I'm not a fan of Costa because they only offer soy milk as a dairy alternative, which is an issue for someone like me who can't have milk and dislikes soy. It would be nice if they offered other options like almond or coconut milk. Today, the staff seemed disorganized. One employee took our order and then left to clean tables, leaving three others at the counter who didn’t know about our order. Eventually, the original employee returned to reorder for us. When our drinks finally arrived, one was served in a small espresso cup without a lid, causing the tea to spill everywhere. Overall, it wasn't a great coffee break experience.

The restaurant always closes early, which is frustrating—especially since they only have a small staff! At 4 PM, you can't sit inside, so you have to take your expensive hot chocolate and coffee outside in the cold, which is quite unpleasant. Additionally, my friend's toast was soggy and seemed like it had been sitting out too long. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
