Itza Boutza Pizza - Elizabeth City

Be cautious, as their Elizabeth City location has closed down. If you call that number, it redirects to the Camden location, and they don't always inform you about the change. I thought I was placing an order in Elizabeth City, only for my husband to find out it was closed when he went to pick it up. He had to go back to Camden instead. When I called to report the issue, it felt like they didn't care at all. I won't be returning as a customer.

The food was excellent, and the wait staff was attentive without interrupting us while we were eating. Overall, I will definitely be returning!

The staff were friendly, even though I was a bit difficult. The woman at the front was especially nice and did everything she could to ensure my order was processed smoothly.

I ordered a meatball pizza for the first time.Not bad but a little strange. Never had pizza made with ricotta cheese before. The sauce was very mild and the ricotta almost canceled out the taste of the sauce. In the center the dough was undercooked.They should have left it in the oven 5 more minutes.

Our group had our monthly lunch meeting last week. The staff was very accommodating. Service from the waitress was excellent for the size we had and she always displayed a positive attitude.
