Taco Bell - Elizabeth City

Very clean, even the bathroom! Which is rare for fast food.

Unacceptable service. I ordered ahead and still had to wait over 30 minutes past the expected time. My order wasn’t even started until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and all I got as an explanation from the assistant manager was a shoulder shrug.I definitely understand the ticking clock of a drive-thru, in fact I have managed a couple of fast food joints in my time, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt when applicable, and I don’t even like posting negative reviews, but what is the point of ordering hours ahead on the app if I have to wait until every drive thru order that happens while I’m there to get priority?

Went in for carry out by the time I got opened the bag they didn't make 3 items but I got charged for them

Don’t go inside if you wanna get your food in a reasonable amount of time. 30+ minutes for some burritos is crazy, especially when everyone in drive thru seems to get theirs fast.

Great atmosphere and they actually get the order correct vs the one in town.
