Chili's Grill - Elizabeth

My friend and I love a quick easy eating at chili’s, often we have only suppe and salat, or their kini! but there are other great choices if they have a few more minutes. Do not forget that the excellent fresh nachos and salsa comes with every meal, if I don’t get wrong, it’s one because we move further south and have to go to chili’s. eating is very good and inexpensive, and directly in the middle of so many favorite shops in the new nearby supplement to the greater christiana mall complex, the cinema entertainment structure.

Sat down @2:15 it is now 3:09 not yet served 2 groups go so far 5 tables are still waiting to be taken on order. dreadfully understated and mistreated. would not recommend. I would like to answer the questions. but I've never been served. 3:15 ready.

They are racist here. we saw the waitress tend to be willing to every Spanish person while they forget our food and tried to overload us for free refills on drinks. lesbians. they blow Spanish music. absolutely unprofessional. will never go back!

The service at this place is terrible, but they do a lot of business because it is one of the only restaurants in jersey gardens. the service for lunch on a Saturday was not available; we had to make the manager aware of getting drinks and paying the bill. we only saw our server once. it would not be my first choice to dinate, but sitting restaurants with liquour are very few in the mall.

Avoid this chilis at all cost. Tried to come in with my child and was told the trolly couldn’t come in. That I would need to leave it outside the restaurant- ok no problem. I asked for a table by the trolly so I can’t keep an eye on it. I was told my the hostess that the bartender wasn’t taking anymore tables. I asked for a server instead. The hostess told me no and offered me a table on the opposite end which I declined since I wasn’t able to keep an eye on my trolly. I asked for the manager who was even worse to deal with. Told me to wait for the bartender. The most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard coming from management. I worked in restaurants for so many years as a hostess and we always made sure to please all of our customers. Not to mention that The staff were rude and all had attitudes. Will not come back
