Feedback gevenI would give a 5 star if it wasnt for the lazy employees who make a bad face when we order the bucket, which costs A LOT OF MONEY. One had the audacity to tell me the ice cream was too thick for her to make and she wasnt strong enough, thus, making a face when I said that I still wanted the ice cream. Other than that. The place is pretty good. New, CLEAN.
Front counter was dirty. Part of the ambience of cold stone is watching the blending of bowls, the employee entered my order in the register told me I could wait at the front. I was the only customer My order was delicious as expected
Instead of mixing the ice cream, they put it straight in the cup

I love Coldstones and apparently their reputation precedes them. Great customer service and pays attention to detail. This particular store has some good staff that enhance the experience and others seem overwhelmed. The weather changed, it’s spring break at the mall and the lines are incredibly long. I understand that with a small staff it challenging to get customers in and out within a decent time frame. This store definitely isn’t horrible but they need help. They need staff at the register handling funds so we don’t have to watch the same pair of gloves handle money and creation of our sweet treats. That was a turn off. The counters were also in disarray due to high volume of clients. Seeing messy environment makes the public uncomfortable. My group had children adamant about ice cream so we stayed. Staff were struggling to fulfill orders but did an okay job. One of my girls found a fly in her ice cream and it wasn’t on top. Made us wonder was this from outside or from within the store. If the store was maintained, people would not have to wonder. Please clean up this location. Please change your gloves and divide roles between staff. Thanks
