Dunkin' - Elizabeth

Took hour and a half for a coffee that's 7 minutes from my job. Then food was left at an abandoned building not even the place I work at. Worst service ever

This place is terrible. I was in line and the guy cashier just flat out ignore me and took someone else's order when I was in the line and went in the back and used his phone, luckily a lady saw me and took my order.This same guy made my bagel and cream cheese, but there was barely any cream cheese. It's a complete rip off. It's as if they're cutting corners on the cream cheese. I'll send a picture.This happen around 5am and it was only two people in that shift. I couldn't get there names, but it doesn't matter I won't be coming back. Overall the guy worker done a terrible job in customer service, the lady did a much better job than him.

There was only one worker but she did her thang!! I appreciate hard working young women..

I never had a problem at this DD location,the employee's are always pleasant and quick.Thank

The management and staff at this Dunkin' Donuts are very discriminatory and do not compensate their employees fairly. It's one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts locations I have encountered in New Jersey. I was looking to enjoy a meal, but I noticed that they were preparing food without wearing masks, which is both unsanitary and concerning for everyone's health and safety. I do not recommend this location and will be choosing a different Dunkin' Donuts in the future.
