At no other business in this man did this happen during the entire day Food and drinks were fine but they really need to clean the tables more often especiallywith 3 workers and one on their phone. Our table had a glob of something that had hardened in it.
Good coffee bit the cashier by Jersey garden mall is not a good one she is very rudeza if you want the people go a d come back be nice. Please
On December 10, 2022, I ordered caramel ice cream with one pump of liquid sugar, but what I received was plain ice cream without any sugar. This experience was particularly frustrating during the busy Christmas shopping season, when many customers were ordering coffee and chaos was unfolding. It's unfair and feels like a waste of money. Given the location of this Dunkin' Donuts (New Jersey Garden Mall), I suggest that corporate send a secret shopper to assess the issues at this site. Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to this location again. It seems nothing has changed, as the same complaints have been made for the past three years. Dunkin' Donuts should be embarrassed by the ongoing issues.
I usually prefer to give positive reviews to support businesses, but unfortunately, this location did not meet my expectations. The person ahead of me asked for a refund because his drink was terrible, which should have served as a warning. When I placed my order, they got it wrong, and although they fixed it, my meal was completely inedible by the time I got to my car. I ordered a plain bagel with butter, but it was stale, over-toasted, and I couldn't even take a bite. My coffee was decent, but they had to remake it because it wasn’t what I ordered. My daughter's drink was also very disappointing. It's unfortunate that I found a Dunkin' I really didn’t enjoy.
The staff were friendly, but I’m not quite sure what all the hype about Dunkin' Donuts is. Is it just an East Coast thing?
