Oct 14th 2022 1:30 am, Horrible experience with the woman attending the coffee shop, why can't black women leave their nasty attitude at home, if you don't like your job just quit! Is not fair for customers to be treated as unwanted guests. If themanager or owner of these location is wondering why the sales at night are bad, just go as a customer at night and you'll findout.

I have attended many business I am a local politician and advocate for business owners. However this has got to be ultimately the worse costumer service ever. We asked the manager if we could please use the bathroom we are loyal costumers who shopfrequently there. We however we?re not buying there today. We asked to use the bathroom and the manager had the nastiestattitude ever and approached us with verbal aggression. We have alliances at the police department and mayors office we will bereaching out to the city and owner. This will not stay like this. WORST DUNNIN EVER

We asked the manager if we could please use the bathroom, as we are loyal customers who shop there frequently. However, since we weren't making a purchase that day, the manager responded with a terrible attitude and approached us with verbal aggression. We have connections at the police department and the mayor's office, and we plan to reach out to the city and the owner about this matter. This will not be overlooked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Service was good, they get a little busy to time, but they were organized and just like all the other dunkin donuts they all taste the same that they were pre-developed and sent to all stalls food: 4/5

Worst service ever, women serving beverages so rude with kids. Manager and owner should pay attention to people working in there.
