I only wished that you opened earlier in the day on weekdays! I understand that it is an issue of demand... opening at 2pm just to pour 6 more pints than opening up at 4pm!

Great brewery in old Elizabeth, CO, with a rotating variety and new options every time we go here. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, there were only a couple of other folks here, but within the hour, the place filled up. Great tender behind the bar (forgive me for forgetting your name). Excellent options for all palates! I tried the Channel West Coast IPA first. A little more sour than I prefer, but a well-balanced IPA in the West Coast tradition. My wife had the Abominable Hombre, which is a fantastic spin on a stout, but smooth and white, making for a less heavy than traditional stouts! It's great to see success here! Really enjoy this spot!

Absolutely awesome place with great beer and even better people! Great building and atmosphere that truly embodies what the Town of Elizabeth is like.While I am more a fan of the rotational, seasonal beers, the creativity from the brewers is second to none. From salsa verde to the Pumpkin Killer and everything in between, there is truly something for everyone!If you're looking for a great place with an excellent selection and great company, stop in!

This place.....Super odd. While I appreciate it's an old building (love them), this place is run down inside. The arrangement of upstairs and downstairs even more odd. We weren't fans of the beers we had either.
