The chicken barely had any meat on it; it just isn't the same as it used to be. I feel like it was a waste of money. Food: 1/5

This restaurant stands out as one of the few places that serve excellent pork ribs. The service is great, but like many other establishments, it can be a bit frustrating when they request tips at the counter and add extra charges for credit card payments.

The BBQ food here is fantastic! A lady named Virginia took great care of us and provided excellent customer service.

I was very disappointed with the chicken Milanese. The chicken was overcooked and tough, and when I called to request some form of compensation, I was not offered anything. As a visitor from out of town, I had hoped for a resolution, but that didn't happen. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again and would recommend that others steer clear as well. I wish I had read the negative reviews before my visit. Definitely won't be returning!

The BBQ beef ribs were disappointing—very tough to eat. Instead of BBQ sauce, they were served with ketchup. The delivery took almost 90 minutes. However, the veggies and plantains were decent.
