Arby's - Elizabethtown

The lady working the Drive-Thru was doing her best, bless her heart; she was nearly ready to throw down with the card reader. If I could have, I would have leaned through the window to assist her, as no one else seemed willing to help. The line was wrapped around the building, nearly reaching the road. She mentioned needing help three times, yet several employees just looked on and walked away. Eventually, someone came by to lend her a hand, but it took a while. Arby’s is one of my favorite fast-food spots, but the staff at this location really need to come together and remember that they’re all on the same team.

The management at this restaurant is exceptional! The food was served hot, and there was hardly any wait time in the drive-thru. I would rate the service a 9 out of 10. Nobody's perfect, right?

As usual, I typically order the beef and cheddar sandwich, though I occasionally opt for the Reuben sandwich. During my visit with Knitterfries, we decided not to place any orders. The curly fries are great, but sometimes I just prefer plain fries.
