Country Meadows - Elizabethtown

On Sunday afternoon after the Lancaster event, we visited Country Meadows and joined the later church crowd. We were seated promptly, and the service was attentive. The atmosphere was charming and inviting. I often expect restaurants like this to be closed, but that wasn’t the case here. I loved the adorable curtains and window decorations. The food was both delicious and reasonably priced, which is what you’d hope for in a place like this. We are in our twenties and have kids, but we felt completely comfortable. Although the majority of the guests were older, everyone was very friendly, making us feel welcome. We live out of state, but I will definitely return here if we are ever in the area again!

You get the basics right. Fast service. Good prices. The food was hot. It was standard food. Probably a little better than some. I didn't feel like it. We went in and no one welcomed us. We waited about 2 minutes and someone rushed by and said they'll be with us in a moment. Then they said follow me. Saw us down. No greeting yet. So we have our food. It was good. I wanted to pay. Waited one minute or two by the register. There were two people behind the counter. Nobody said anything. They waited for someone to check us out. With this dinner experience nothing was basically wrong. We just feel that we bother them and not particularly welcome. That was the second time we're here. The first time they were close to closing and didn't serve us. So, we gave them two chances, which are like annoying both time. The food is good, but we probably won't go back.

It's such an original operation! The waitresses were excellent and the menu is huge! Nice place to meet, sit and chat for a long time.

Beautiful country style wall displays make this restaurant special. It feels comfortable. The staff were nice and the food was good for the price. I want some time back.

My kids absolutely love this place, whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding and very affordable. My daughter's favorite dish is spaghetti and meatballs.
