Ginza Hibachi Sushi - Elizabethtown

My grandmother and I visited Ginza Sushi Hibachi in Elizabethtown with my sister and my brother-in-law. I enjoyed some rice that had an amazing flavor, along with my favorite boneless chicken breast and salmon. My grandma had chicken and steak, but she is allergic to shrimp. I really love this hibachi restaurant; my grandmother and I came here from Puerto Rico. We plan to return soon next year, and I’ll be sure to have the steak cooked well, along with boneless chicken breast and/or well-cooked salmon with the steak.

It’s a charming little restaurant with friendly staff and a clean environment. This was my first visit, and our server was fantastic. We ordered sushi, a house salad, and house soup. I found it a bit odd that my sushi rolls didn’t come with wasabi or ginger, but perhaps that’s just their style. I gave it 4 stars because the rolls were unevenly cut and fell apart easily. Additionally, the tuna in the rolls wasn’t a whole piece but seemed to be chopped up, somewhat resembling tartar. However, it didn’t bother us much.

Giza boasts an impressive array of specialty sushi, featuring some of the freshest fish available in the area. The staff is wonderful and strives to provide excellent service. However, the accuracy of their estimated order wait times could use improvement; you might wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes longer than anticipated after placing your order. Despite this drawback, Giza remains a fantastic option in the city, thanks to its stylish interior design and attractive sushi and cocktail bar.

My husband had the Hibachi, I had the sushi. The sushi was delicious and fresh I have no single complaint. The hibachi cook was brilliant, gave special attention to my 4 years old and absolutely made his night. Clean, friendly and delicious!

Took my bestie for her birthday. Omg, she had a blast. Plus the food was absolutely perfect.
