More clean charging. friendly staff. good food to order. the pep pizza is good, the suppen are good and the mac and cheese is amazing. reasonable prices.

I have always loved panera, and I don’t want to be “the person”, but the last 3 of my 4 app orders were wrong and if it did because of the out stock that is good, but I wish they would come out and let me know if the avocado I have paid extra is out of stock. I don't want to pay extra for something I won't get. I spoke at this point with management and during the customer service I received was great, I would prefer to see improvements in order accuracy and communication. I just want to satisfy the spirit that I don't get for a premium ingredient that I don't get.

Normally the brot is good in panera bread. I had over salt bread in louisville for the half of turna sandwich supp ande. the service at this place is sucked. I don't know if it's the new mentality of young work, but they don't want to help so much and like to wait. this place in the morning does not open in time.

Was sad about this visit. my bf and I have both bagel sandwiches. when we arrived there, only seemed like 3 tables already eating, so not busy 9 o'clock. my bfs bagel was burned, that he had to go to cheese and his egg was not properly cooked. he would have asked for a replacement, but he was afraid. it would take what seemed to be forever to get a new one. the quality of food was not worth what we paid. we had to wipe our own table, all the time we were there, no one seemed to be cleansed 85 percent dirty.

Squash soup syrupy sweet, like runny baby food, ugh, the sugar is remaining on my tongue, little squash taste. Not hot either. —WHY, oh WHY? Why am I asked to tip during my purchase?? I cleaned my own table, filled my own drink, waited to hear my name hollered, and picked it up. Then I cleaned my table again for next people. Wow. All this as the employees giggle cackle continuously behind their counter.
