Pizza Connection - Elizabethtown

I placed my order and waited for an hour, only to receive the wrong items. The restaurant took the incorrect order back, but after waiting another two hours, we called to check on the status. It turned out they had run out of pizza dough and wouldn’t be able to fulfill our order at all. We didn’t even get a courtesy call to inform us that there would be no delivery. Very disappointing!

I was quite disappointed with our first experience at Pizza Connection. The pizza felt like wet cardboard—my kids, who usually love pizza, could barely eat it. The wings were undercooked and baked, which was surprising because most places fry their wings. Overall, the prices are far too high for the quality of food. I would recommend driving into town for better options at a lower cost. Also, the cheese breadsticks were incredibly hard—almost like a rock!

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! It just keeps getting better with each passing year!

My wife ordered a pizza for our granddaughter and then went to get some ice cream. They brought the pizza out to her in about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly!

Foods great. Service isn’t. Didn’t get my change back, was ignored when asked. Moved onto the people in line behind me when I was waiting for my change back. Cooks in back had no gloves on and would be biting their nails and then touching the sub bread to see if it was ready to come out.
