Starbucks - Elk Grove Village

Absolutely the best Starbucks staff on the planet. BEST STARBUCKS

Arrived at 4:35 am today waiting by the window pick up. Online hours shows store opens at 4:30 am. Waited almost 10 min outside and I can see 2 employees inside the store. Called the store twice to confirm if its open but employees just ignoring the phone call. Finally, I knocked and one employee told me that they open at 5 am today. Pls update store hours online or post signs at the window about what time you want to open for the day instead of ignoring waiting customers. Terrible customer service!

I am surprised that the Staff is not properly trained. I bought a Medium Hot Coffee and wasn't expecting to get burned by the person whom poured the Coffee, seriously didn't leave any room, filled to the top and this caused the Coffee to Pour allover my hand and it burns. Hasn't anyone learned from McDonalds being sued. I am going to reach out to Corporate regarding this, because this is not acceptable. I didn't buy coffee to have them Burn my finger and I have pictures to show you. This is after the Coffee poured allover my hand and fingers, so imagine how much Coffee was in here. I am really upset. Corporate needs to pay for my burnt finger. I will never go back to this location.

Fast and quick service. Theres kind of 2 entrances to drive through. Custom drink came out perfect. They have pup cups. Cashier was friendly.

These guys are always low on inventory everytime i want to get something they always run out. how? so i have to travel 8 more miles for the next starbucks like are you kidding me? why is this place even open. like honestly
