Starbucks - Elk Grove Village

I just wanted to leave a shout out for Matt and Christina at this Starbucks location. They had a BOGO event yesterday that ended at 6:00P. My husband and I got through the parking lot at 6:05 and the drive-thru was backed up about 8 cars. I went in and explained the drive-thru situation to Matt and he was kind enough to honor the offer. Christina made us the perfect Iced White Mochas. Thank you again for bending the rules a bit to accommodate our 5 minute late arrival. A on service!

This is the worst Starbucks some of the staff is not friendly the orders are always incomplete I went for 2 wks in a row and the nuts were Stale each time I ordered the oatmeal and when I informed them they told me nuts would be thrown out and yet I ordered oatmeal again today and got blueberries to substitute nuts. No going bk there.

The grilled cheese here is one of the best foods in this hospital! The coffee never disappoints, and the staff is super friendly and quick.

They have a lot of great coffee you can pretty well get anything that you have a taste for I recommend the experience when you sit inside the atmosphere is very relaxing you feel like you're down home in a country log cabin I recommend the good experience even take a book and maybe read if you have the time and enjoy your

This location usually runs out on most menu items. Short on staff. The atmosphere felt very tense.
