Carl's Jr. - Elk Grove

It gave me the runs for 36 hours Monday night... Maybe That's why the line is always empty.

They forgot to charge me. Gave me 2 1/3lb angus burgers, and a separate meal. Took my coupons and gave me food. That’s all.

Food was cold af and I was the only person there, so I didn't get how had it is the make some hot fresh food.

I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this is unacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn’t even give th straw when we got to freeway than we realized no straw in the bag.

Carls is the worst! The food is always cold, service is slow, and they constantly mess up orders. The night shift is better, but the guy with a shaved head and goggles working during the day is fantastic.
