Carl's Jr. - Elk Grove

The staff at this location is always friendly and my food is always hot and made correctly. My only complaint, which might seem stupid, is that I get a different type of ranch each time, and once I ordered jalapeno poppers and after they gave me my order,I found out they had NO ranch. Really? Doesn't this just come with jalapeno poppers normally? I hate the Heinz ranch and amalways disappointed when I find that this is what they have given me. I love the Carl's Jr. House Dressing and their Buttermilkranch with the blue top, not this nasty Heinz ranch. Yes, I am a ranch lover!

I?m not a big red meat eating person, but I love the occasional burger. Carl?s Jr. has the best variety of big awesome fast food burgers I?ve ever had.

Very bad service! Person couldn't get the order at the drive thru so we went inside handed the person the coupon and it still took person 10 minutes to enter into the register then still had to wait 15 minutes for food

It was decent. But i mean its carls jr. They charge too much for fast food. With the prices of things these days its a place that isnt worth what you get for how much you pay so its out of my rotation. You can go to a decent pub or sit down and payalmost the same price for a way better burger.

Horrible, I was there for about 20 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru and all I ordered was three burgers. A total mismanaged business. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to. And this would be the second time. I thought I would try it one more time to see ifthe first thing was a fluke. I am convinced this place needs a lots of help. Stay away.
