Del Taco - Elk Grove

We've been at this Laguna Blvd. DEL taco many times with no issues, but tonight was different! We ordered from the drive-thru 12 each Taco Tuesday special crispy ground beef tacos, 2 for $6 Del-beef burritos and two Crunchtadas. When we opened up our orderat home we were stiffed for the two burritos and all 12 of the beef tacos were filled with beans not beef! Besides being takenfor the missing burritos, the Tuesday Tacos were overpriced at $1 each instead of the correct price of $0.89 each! All of what Istated above is correct and validated by their own location on-line menu and my printed receipt. Unfortunately, we live too farfrom the store to to back and deal with them. I highly recommend that each customer check their order in detail before acceptingit and leaving the premises, so they too don't get ripped off of over $8.40 total.

What can I say? I love the breakfast egg and cheese roller. I get them whenever I'm in the area at breakfast time. I like their iced coffee too.

This location has become so bad I don't even want to keep giving it the benefit of the doubt: I'm an assistant manager in a restaurant where I work and almost every time I've been here my order is wrong or my tacos are broken and falling apart. I'mcurrently sitting in the drive through behind the person in front of me. I gave up on trying to place my order. The gentlemanthat tried could not understand what I was trying to order and it was on a picture display. He kept asking me what number afterasking me four times what I wanted to drink when I asked what it came with he responded with what to you want. I just needed toknow what it came with because most places upcharge for coffee or orange juice.I buy breakfast 5 days a week and It would benice to switch things up and go here more often but today was the last straw. The numbers for dinner were still up, I had noclue what number the meal was on the picture. After the gentleman's confusion I told him never mind it's fine, yesterday I gotjust the breakfast tacos in the picture instead of the meal and they forgot to put the hash browns in the tacos. I didn't trustthem to make my order right today so I sat behind the person in front of me for 15 min until he finally received his food and Icould leave. Sadly, I will not be back to this location and if I have time I will be speaking to the management staff abouttheir conduct of service this morning. Great food, poor workmanship.

I ordered my meal and it was fast and correct! Great team the day I went in on Friday Sept 16 around 12pm..

8/26/2022. 12:51pm 40076. Order #47. Went to the Del Taco on Laguna Blvd and ordered the #4. I asked for one taco to be steak and the other taco to be beyond meat. Somehow the clerk was thinking I was ordering 2 #4s, so she gives me one #4 with steakand another #4 with beyond meat, when I actually only wanted ONE #4 with a taco with steak and a taco with beyond meat and gethit up with a $20.00 bill for her mistake. Then I asked for a iced water and instead of getting 2 cokes, I get 1 coke and 1water, so she ripped me off of a soda. This clerk needs to listen!
