Jack In The Box - Elk Grove

The food is consistently cooked to perfection, although sometimes what you order might differ from what you actually receive. However, they handle corrections quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The only improvement I would suggest is organizing the food orders by menu item when bagging. I'm tired of everything being crammed into one bag. For instance, it would be great if all the burgers were in one bag and the fries in another. I'm just fed up with spilled fries.

We ordered a couple of entrees, including two orders of the two for $3 jumbo tacos. While we enjoyed the food, the staff neglected to include one of the taco orders that we had paid for. I appreciate that Jack in the Box Corporation reached out to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt and realized that the staff also failed to provide one, which would have made things straightforward. Moving forward, I'll need to make a point to collect a receipt, even when I'm in a hurry.

The service here was really disappointing. There was no acknowledgment when we approached the counter—no greetings, smiles, or even a simple thank you. Instead, we were just stared at. I left feeling quite frustrated, although I know that poor customer service seems to be a common issue these days.

They do my lettuce wrapped burgers just right! ???????? I'm trying to eat more keto, so this is a huge plus for me.

Jack in the Box is like an oasis in the dessert when it's late you're hungry. It's hard to find another food place open on a Wednesday morning at 2am, besides a 24hr gas station. Jack in the Box on Bond Rd is always open ready to serve any item at anytime. Seeing that long line, we knew we had found the right place. We didn't wait in line long we paid a fair price. The menuhas such a variety of satisfying items, it's hard to choose. I personally had the breakfast platter w/pancakes bacon myhusband had the Jack's Ultimate Cheeseburger w/ onion rings. That really hit the spot after a long day of work. It really didfeel like we found an oasis in the early morning dessert.
