Ocean Fish Chips - Elk Grove

My husband and I drove up the west coast stopping at lots of fish restaurants. We could not find any place that compared to the fish at Ocean's. Not in size of the fish or in taste, not even close! Ocean's is the very best!!

The Fish Chips are very large portions. The fish is cooked perfectly every time. The Chips Frys) are tasty and do not taste like fish, they taste like potatoes!

This place is exactly what I want in a local fish chips spot. The food and portions were great.

This place has been here a long time. Food is made fresh and fish portions are generous. Tartar sauce is delightful. We’ve also had the chicken strips, prawns, cheese sticks, and hush puppies. Fries are hit or miss. Sometimes they are overcooked. Definitely noticed prices have gone up. The place is a little outdated… actually very outdated and tired! lol It’s time to replace the old booths and faded posters on the wall. There’s a few parking spots in the front and extra parking in the back. Soda refills only .25 cents each. Closed on Sundays.
