Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Elk Grove

I've ordered the Family Feast three times now. The first time, they accidentally mixed the sauce for the beans and rice with the mashed potatoes, which confused me since we didn’t receive any gravy. I was willing to overlook it, as mistakes happen. However, they did it a second time, which made me realize they weren’t paying attention to the orders. On my third visit, we didn't even receive one of our sides! This was the final straw for me—I'm not returning. It’s no surprise they only have 1.5 stars! To top it off, they serve artificial honey!

Even though it was nearly closing time, the staff were still friendly and attentive to me and my family of four.

The food was a bit greasier than what I'm used to from Popeyes, but the service was quick and the restaurant was clean.

Best fried chicken in Elk Grove in my opinion. Clean looking place. Staff was friendly and efficient.

They forgot to pack our side of beans and rice. Food is tasty. But the lack of care is disappointing. Not the first time this location forgets something from our order.
