Tea Culture - Elk Grove

The drinks were decent, the fried oysters were good, but the fried calamari and popcorn chicken were a disaster! We visited the restaurant on April 26th around 3pm while waiting for our pizza at Mountain Mike's. We usually enjoy dining at T4, but this experience was disappointing and we will not be returning.

My experiences at this restaurant have never been good. I have visited at least 5 times and each time I have tried to provide detailed orders from the beginning to save time and make it easier for the staff. However, the worker, Boba, continued to ask me for each detail one by one as he entered it into the order tablet. It felt like he wasn't listening to me. It took a long time for my friend and I to receive our orders, especially considering my friend's simple food order. In summary, if a place wants to attract and retain customers, they should show appreciation for every interaction.

This place still works like its pandemic 2020! they cannot enter the load on three feet, they barricaded the rest of the load. the almond black milk tea I ordered was fantastic and this is one of the best!

I wanted to try. unfortunately overestimated. powder mixture is overwhelming taste. 4 different types of tees and 0 of them had a decent taste. there is another tea place not far from this location, they recommend each of them above this. I give him a shot in a few weeks to see if it was a fuke or the standard.

We recently moved to Elk Grove from Bay Area and we have been trying to find a milk tea place. They gave us some really good recommendations off the menu. We loved how they have some Interesting concepts like split cups, special bottles and potted plant milk teas. We do love the wide variety of flavors and toppings. We ordered Thai milk tea and Strawberry black milk tea, 50% sweetness with honey boba and no ice. We really liked the drink there was a good balance of sweetness and tea taste. We usually prefer more of a tea taste perhaps we will try it with less sweetness next time. We haven't experienced any issues here. Service was quick and staff was nice. Prices are decent.
