Mcdonald's - Elkhart

The customer service at this McDonalds surpasses the one off of Cassopolis! I go out of my way to go to this one now. Tonight we waited a little longer than normal and the manager kept apologizing and upgraded our Big Mac for free for the wait! I recommend this McDonald’s and will continue to go here over any other McDonald’s in Elkhart! Thank you for having great customer service!

The ride was fast, we didn't have to wait next to the line. The food tasted like typical McDonald's. Your ice machine was down, but I've never been here, so I couldn't say if it's a normal thing or not. Also, being with him on a busy street was a pain.

Food was good service was slow no ice in the machine had to ask for some behind the counter, but they got everything right

The food was just okay. I ordered the fish and it was dry and seemed like he was sitting around too long, but my frits were great, hot and fresh. They're too expensive. Six and a half dollars with taxes for a fish and small frit with a middle soda. You need to bring back the dollar menu

After an event in the city centre. The service was slow, it seemed to move the staff at half speed. We had to order our drinks. You're lucky it didn't seem to be much competition, or they'd be out of business food was typical McDonald's farewell
