The Mango Peel - Elkin

Delicious, fresh Mexican food. I loved the tacos de Cameron, the ceviche was awesome, and the chips and salsa are great! We also tried the tres leche. It was so good with a double layer of cake and a layer of fresh peaches in the middle. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is probably the best Elkin has. The tortillas are very obviously not mass produced they are so soft and chewy and wonderful. My in laws live in Elkin so I only get to eat here every now and then but I’ll take any chance I can get.

I wish I didn't live 10 hours away. Found this gem driving home to Michigan. Great food, great staff and the store next door selling the same ingredients as the food we ordered made my wife's day. I will definitely drive out of my way on my next road trip to eat here.

Food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The waitress told the manager and she said she would go taste it!!!! Came back said it don’t taste salty to me. I will only charge you half price. I had only ate 2-3 bites. I said I will just pay you and will not be back. She acted like she could care less. If she took a plate to the kitchen off a customer table and tasted it. What stopped her from putting all that uneaten food on someone else plate
