Cold Stone Creamery - Elko

I took my wife out for a treat, but the staff told us that they decided to close early. This was on Saturday, July 22 at about 9:30 PM. It was supposed to be open until 10:00. We were very disappointed. While the staff was friendly, I believe that if the posted hours are until 10:00 then they shouldn't be closing before 9:30. I will probably not visit this business again.

Elko Cold Stone, Hasta be some of the worst management going on right now. Once Mindy left, it went downhill. They’ve messed up forgotten and gave away our last few orders even when we’ve called to make sure. So poorly managed. Wish someone could run a reliable business around here.

Love their ice cream. It's connected to the blind onion so it's easy to get dinner and dessert.

The food here is good. They have plenty of options to choose from I would recommend this place to anyone who wants ice cream.

When you think of Elko, and the places that act as a cornerstone to emphasize the qualities that make this town worth living in or visiting; the Blind Onion Pizza parlour, ice cream shop and Bowling Alley should be a main place to go. The staff is exceptional with their customer service and multitasking abilities...the food is superb and top notch...and the entire environment is welcoming and friendly. As a fairly new resident, i strongly request making a trip here to find a positive experience that you wont regret. CHEERS!
