Amazing service and hands down the best ice I ever had!

My family and I were promptly greeted right as we walked in. The restaurant was clean and the menu was easy to read. I recommend trying “The Dark Side” rolled ice cream. Our kids ordered the hand scooped ice cream and the portions were huge. I’ll remember to order the kid size cones next time. Overall— great family atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, vast selection of ice cream and drinks, and they even sell Taffy Town taffy! we will definitely be returning with friends and family.

Seriously yummy rolled ice cream with unique choices that I've not necessarily seen anywhere else, as well as really delish drinks too. Very nice atmosphere with that retro feel to it. Pricing is on par with other similar establishments I've been to as well

Ice cream was great. Service was absolutely awful. I was the only customer. There were 4 people behind the counter and it took 20 minutes to get my order started. The girl rolling my ice cream was also my cashier. When I walked in, she was wearing food prep gloves. She took my order and handled my money with those same food prep gloves. And proceeded to make my order with those gloves. I will probably return, but I'll give it a little bit until the crew is properly trained in how to handle money and food. As well as some time management.

The rolled ice cream was awesome. I ordered Carmel apple and it was addicting! However the young man behind the counter was obviously not happy about working at an ice cream parlor. His attitude and the games on the table that needed a good dose of cleaning and disinfecting are why I gave it 3 stars.
