Little Boy Bakery features a classically trained pastry chef who specializes in French-inspired pastries and wedding cakes. Pickup of orders can be done at the base in Elkridge. Fortunately, they bring their delicious pastries to farmers markets in Catonsville, Bel Air, Greenbelt, College Park, and Leesburg. I met them in Bel Air and found it hard to choose among the tempting treats. I got a large and flaky croissant with sliced almonds and almond icing to eat immediately and a 3-pack of chocolate chip fat cookies. These were double the thickness of a normal cookie and thus holding more chips. These pastries will now become a routine purchase for me on my weekly visit to the market.
Amazing cakes and cookies! I order their custom cakes all the time for all my important events. They are so well made and delicious everytime
Two words: Banana PuddingI have no idea how he made it so light and fluffy, but also rich. The flavor is on point and not overpowering. I'm so glad I tried it! This, the mascarpone cakes, the almond and chocolate croissants, and the salted peanut butter fat cookies are amazeballs. Can't wait to grab some more next Sunday!
Bought macaroons and a chocolate ganache croissant. My crème brûlée macaron was OK but a bit too hard (and I ate it one hour after I bought it! and the cream was OK but just too much of it as it was hard to eat it without it spilling out. The croissant was disgusting. It was hard and worse than what you would buy at a grocery store. Seems like it was a few days old or had been frozen. Very disappointing considering how expensive it is. It also claims it is French pastry… well I can guarantee you that it is NOT!
