With makayla two subscribing rolls over the phone. they accused me of $8 without my knowledge and refused to give me a suppe with the combo. after taking my payment they smiled and let me know about it while not refunding my money. when they enter this place, it smells horribly fishy nasty scumy. no curbside pickup. they wanted me to contact them for a refund. I did this by email and missed my time to track the order for them. No. I asked her not to call me and just send me by email. Of course, becky called me and sent me texts. I asked to speak to the owner several times, to whom I was denied. this place is lively, low and unprofessional.
Chinese and Japanese dishes, well done. sushi is a bit more expensive, although the beautiful presentation and trustworthy it is worth, and the Chinese dishes are hot and fresh!
Love this place!!! HOM MADE CRAB WANTON IS AMAZING!!!! SUSHI is from the HOOK!!!! THE CHINE FOOD is harmful! The SZECHUAN CHICKEN SPICY??
I was order #37 the evening of 4/27. Part of my order was the Thai Spring Rolls. At $5.50 this was a rip off. For two tiny rolls the size of mozzarella sticks. There was no cilantro, no coconut shavings, a smidge what I believe was the avocado, and then one baby shrimp, and mostly dough wrapper. I would be furious if I got this in a restaurant at that cost, but because it was delivery there is nothing I could do. First employee I spoke with sympathized with me how most of the food comes in frozen in bags and then marked up. Appreciated that honestly. Manager then defended the higher price as it contains more premium ingredients. Where? Not in mine. Also, when you advertise a meal coming with Jasmine rice, I expect Jasmine rice, this is not Jasmine rice; it's the same rice as every other Chinese restaurant and you know it. Finally, smaller dumplings at $2 more than other places. This is not premium food, it doesn't warrant premium costs. I can't believe it cost me $40 (plus $10 in delivery fees with tip) for a wonton soup, 6 dumplings, (non-Jasmine) rice, general Tsos chicken, and two little dough roll ups, not even going to call them Spring Rolls as that's insulting to actual Spring Rolls. I am so, so disappointed when all I wanted was some decent Asian food. Oh and when I tried to issue this complaint privately via your webpage, it kept failing to submit.
