My husband stopped by ordered food for our lunch. after he ordered he pulled around to the window where they took his payment and immediately told him to pull up. after sitting for 30 mins, he went to the door knocked to ask about our food. they askedhim what his order was said ?oh yeah. sorry.? and went and started making the food just then. the rest of the staff were ontheir phone charging their vapes while staring at him talking saying ?oh that?s him? after that, they gave him the food and hehad to ask for the drinks with the food. they never once gave a genuine apology or refund or anything.

Will not let anyone in, they use the bathroom at the Pizza hut no I don't have spend anything with the attitude.

Wanted to grab some ice cream while on vacation in Massanutten. The inside seating was closed but the drive-thru was open. So we went to the drive-thru and found out they could only take cash. Went ahead and ordered but the ice cream was very soupy.

Lobby not open...employee said there is not enough workers but i saw 5 in there..seems like penty to make a ice cream cone.

This DQ is located next to a gas station. It's drive thru ONLY. I got the Drumstick with peanuts Blizzard. It was so good.
