Kentucky Fried Chicken Taco Bell

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with just two cars ahead of me. I initially went inside, where I saw three people who had been waiting for over five minutes without any assistance. Frustrated, I got back in my car to wait even longer. I recommend driving to another location because you’ll definitely get your food faster there. The only employee who seemed to be working hard was the girl in red in the back preparing the food.

Drive-thru experience was frustrating. They asked us to repeat our order three times, yet they still got it wrong. The amount due also changed between the order kiosk and the pick-up window. There's no option for a zero rating, but this place definitely deserves one.

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and there’s no spicy ranch on it that’s the whole reason i like it now im basically just eating a hard taco with a soft shell around it, Taco bell is slacking this isn’t the first time i thought the first time they were just having a bad day so i let it slide the second time maybe cause they were a little busy but a third time COME ON NOW

Filthy dirty beverage bar area. Most tables weren't cleaned. Manager walked in from a smoke break went right back to work, never washing hands. That was it for me. If the manager isn't practicing ServSafe practice, you know the staff ain't ? Corporate or BOH better come visit this location before someone gets sick.

The website states that they are open until 11:30, but the drive-thru closed before 11.
