My only complaint is one person was working on a Saturday morning during a holiday weekend. I felt bad as she was hustling doing everything. They need at least 2 people when it's busy like this. We probably waited at least 20-25 minutes and several large groups came and left in that time.
My daughter had won free breakfast at bingo. Nice place, we will likely return on our next visit.
Fun little coffee shop we visited during our vacation. Reasonably priced and yummy. The person making our drinks wasn't rude or unfriendly, but she disappeared immediately after and didn't make much effort to do anything but basic service. Sitting area was cute, and there was a good variety.
This coffee shop is the closest to the Massanutten resort and therefore is a good spot to go in a pinch. That said, their coffee isn't anything to write home about. They use flavored syrup for all their flavoring and therefore anything caramel is lacking any depth. Caramel being as popular a flavor as it is should probably use real caramel. My wife enjoyed her pumpkin spice chai tea but I forgot to try it so I cannot comment. Parking is poor at best being that there are a total of 5 spots and needs to be remedied, especially since it is right next to the resort. All in all, I would return in a pinch if the coffee shop one block down is closed again(like today) but this is not my first choice.Parking: There are only 5 parking spots, one of which is handicapped parking.
Excellent work by Tiffany. She made everything to perfection and even had ties to the Virginia Beach area. You can see that she really does put her heart into every order and does a wonderful job to make you feel at home. Come on in and experience for yourself.
