Dodd’s Log Cabin Grill - Ellenboro

While visiting North Bend State Park, Had heard that this place was decent. My sister, niece, granddaughter, son and I decided to give it a try. Wait times were awful, food was mediocre, and finally and the reason I am posting this review, the news of Trump’s ear injury came on the TV. My group, minus the child, are Biden/Harris supporters, after expressing our lukewarm reaction, my son said, Watch what you say, we could face consequences Looking around the small dining room, I felt a chilling sense of danger. I had never experienced anything like this before. I will never eat there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Best daily specials of homemade county food. Meatloaf, Salisbury steak, beef stroganoff, burgers, omelets, and ice cream are all delicious! Outside seating on picnic tables in case you bring your doggo. Great friendly staff make this a great stop near North Bend State Park.

Great Breakfast! We are traveling and pulling a travel trailer and this place had adequate parking. What a treat to find this little restaurant in Ellensboro. I had the Western Omelet and my hubby had the Rustic Skillet. Both meals were excellent and the prices were outstanding. They serve breakfast or lunch all day and the menu has a large variety of options. Our waitress Farrah was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place!
